Functions of the online customer service/video support system

  • Video sharing

    A customer shoots a product with their smartphone to be shared with an operator and with support provided by phone.

  • Screen sharing (co-browsing)

    A customer’s or operator’s PC screen is shared with the other party and with support provided by phone.

  • Video call

    A customer and the operator talk face-to-face for support on the PC/smartphone screen.
    *A customer can switch whether or not to display their face. 
    An operator can select to display their face or an avatar.
