Customer contact centers are the front line of customer service. Pandemic or not, end customers still demanding for seamless customer experience. When the pandemic broke out, some customer support agents worked from home but the majority still commuted to site due to limitations in infrastructure and security concerns putting them at risk of exposure. Despite many difficulties, our CX champions continue to perform their jobs to ensure that our customers receive the best customer care.
When the Japanese government started to provide the vaccination at the workplace to speed up the rolling of Covid-19 vaccines, Relia Inc. immediately initiated the vaccination programs along with many companies and universities in Japan. As business continuity is very important, the vaccination program started with the priority given to our operators and site managers who have a lot of contact with people, followed by elderly and those with health issues. After the above priority groups made a reservation, the remaining slots were allocated to general employees and employees' family members nationwide.
