*On September 1, Relia, Inc. merged with KDDI Evolva, Inc. to form a new company: Altius Link, Inc.
Relia's affiliate company, Inspiro, recently partnered Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation and a Singapore-based smart mobility provider, SWAT Mobility, to offer shuttle services for the employees working the night shifts.

The shuttle service has enabled employees to travel to and from the office safely and conveniently as the pandemic limited the transportation options they have. More than 80,000 rides have been completed since the beginning of the partnership in April 2021, resulting in up to 70% of vehicle reduction and 98% of employees arriving to work on time daily despite the usual traffic compared to when Inspiro's internal staff handled transport planning manually.

Prior to the partnership, Inspiro had to manually plan and schedule transportation for over 700 employees daily, resulting in high cost of manpower and time. Through SWAT Mobility's SWATBiz mobile app, employees can now easily arrange for transportation, provided by Toyota Motor, at their preferred time and location. This not only increases safety and convenience for staff commuting to work at night but also significantly reduces the amount of resources Inspiro needs at the same time.

Watch the video below to hear more about the partnership from Inspiro and its employees'experience so far.

An improved employee experience translates to a better customer experience. The initiatives with SWAT mobility is one among the many initiatives that Inspiro started in order to provide the best employee experience.
